Maintenance Cleaning FAQ
Most customers go with weekly or bi-weekly cleaning. Monthly works too. You can also book a one-time clean to try us out — no subscription required.
If the User cancels the Order later than 36 hours before the order start time, the User must pay a cancellation fee of 20 (twenty) EUR. We may revoke the right to use the app if the user cancels the ordered cleaning on three consecutive occasions.
You can indicate a preferred cleaner by leaving a note in the comments when booking. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but availability may vary and a specific cleaner cannot always be guaranteed.
Our cleaners bring all professional supplies. You just need a vacuum cleaner — or add ours for €19.
If the User does not allow the Cleaner to provide the service at the time specified in the order, the order is considered canceled and the User must pay a cancellation fee of 20 (twenty) EUR. This condition does not apply if the User refuses access due to the Cleaner's condition (e.g. the Cleaner arrives in a state of alcohol intoxication).
